Returns & exchanges

In the event that you are not happy or you have an issue with your purchase, please contact me and I shall endeavour to sort it out for you. This would be by exchange, return or refund depending on the issue. I take great Pride in my work and want my customers to be happy.
Returns must be raised within 14 days of the date that your item is delivered to you. After that should their be a fault caused by some manufacturing defect please contact me.

For obvious reasons there are no returns for keepsake and memory pieces.

Custom orders may only be returned in the case of faulty items. Should you have an issues with these, please do contact me so that we can come to a resolution.

Stock items are pictured and described honestly, please bear in mind that colours may vary due to computer screen and displays, in my listings will always describe as clearly as I can. When completing custom orders I send pictures to ensure you are happy with my work. I accept returns where there is a fault with your item.

Delivery policies

Stock Items will be dispatched within 1 working day by royal mail first class unless otherwise stated. I will send items gift bagged and securelly packaged often using recycled packaging. I will keep you up to date with dispatch progress.

Items that are made to order have individual times specified on the listings. I will always endeavour to get them done well within the time frame listed.

Payments

Secure options through Etsy

 

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

Orders made through my website, I can accept paypal and bacs payments.

For Custom orders I may be able to set up a payment plan please enquire.

 

Additional policies

I run Destiny Pier with consideration for the environment. I recycle and keep my waste to a minimum. I strongly believe we should tread gently on the earth.I hope that you love your Destiny Pier creation as much as I loved creating it.

Privacy
Destiny Pier will never pass your details on to a third party.
Destiny Pier will never use your details to send unsolicited mail.
